Dark Avenger

Dark Avenger - After finding a meteorite, young Arthur returns to the Rare Metals Factory and begins to analyze it. He finds an unknown metal with an atomic structure different from anything on Earth. Weeks later, he is able to melt the metal and form a flexible, indestructible suit. Arthur dons the costume and becomes the Dark Avenger.

Deathgrip

Deathgrip - an assassin for the Combine, Deathgrip nearly kills the Destructor with an electrified metal glove. He meets his end when he is crushed at an auto salvage yard.

The Deiei

The Deiei - are an alien race that has been monitoring earth's progress from their base deep within the Arctic ice. The Deiei had a hand in the evolution of the human race. Ashamed at the what the human race has become, they are determined to destroy it and start anew.

Demon-Hunter

The Destructor

The Destructor - Gunned down by the Mob, Jay Hunter is saved when his father, Professor Simon Hunter, gives him a serum he developed that enhances his strength and senses. Swearing vengeance on the Mob for the death of his father, he becomes the Destructor.

Dr. Shroud

Dr. Shroud - working for The Combine, Dr. Shroud sends the Huntress to destroy the Destructor while he launches the DarkRiver Project. He also designed the electronically powered glove used by Deathgrip.

Doomstalker

Doomstalker - Created by Dr. Rolf Hendrick, Doomstalker is a cyborg that was rejected as an ultimate weapon by the United States Defense Department. Doomstalker stops the Brute and demands compensation from the authorities, or he will destroy them all.

The Dragon

The Dragon - Wu Teh was a twin raised by his grandfather in a Himalayan monastery. Trained in the martial arts, he combats his evil brother, Ling, who is responsible for his grandfather's death, and Dr. Nhu, an ally of Ling.
